Orders

Orders must be received in writing via the internet by completing and sending the relevant Order Form available on the website www.repairlab.gr.

Order cancellation 

You can cancel your order at any stage of completion, by calling us at 2106130538, or via email at info@repairlab.gr.

Depending on the stage of development of your order we will inform you about the options you have. 

Delivery/Ownership/Danger/Force Majeure 

Repairlab.gr is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to Repairlab.gr or are due to force majeure and will be entitled to an extension of time for execution. 

Examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, currency fluctuations, government or legislative acts, alien attack, zombie outbreak and other natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.

The prices of all products are clearly indicated and close to each product and include VAT. The company reserves every right to change the prices of the products without warning, when this is deemed necessary. The company is not responsible for any typographical errors on the website or in its catalogue, and reserves the right to cancel orders in process when deemed necessary.

The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase of the product, without stating the reasons and with the sole charge of the cost of returning the product. Returns or exchanges of products are accepted only after consultation, and as long as the product has not been opened or used. Goods purchased to order are excluded. The company reserves the right not to accept product returns when it deems that there are special reasons, such as cases of wear or damage to the product packaging. The company is in no way responsible for damages caused to the product and/or the user's device by incorrect/bad installation or the intervention of an unauthorized/specialized technician. The above damages automatically put the product out of warranty. In any case, any financial claims cannot exceed the cost of the above spare parts, and only if the spare part has not suffered irreversible damage. προϊόν εκτός εγγύησης. The store is not responsible for any damages/damages that may be caused to the device during the installation of the spare parts by the buyer or a non-qualified technician, and any financial claims cannot exceed the cost of the above spare parts. 

In no case shall the company be liable for any legal or civil and/or criminal claims nor for any damage (positive, special or cumulative which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, lost profits , monetary satisfaction, etc.) from website visitors or third parties for a reason related to the operation or non-operation and/or use of the website and/or failure to provide services and/or information available from it and/or from any unauthorized interference by third parties with products and/or services and/or information available through it. Competent courts in case of disputes are the Courts of Athens.

In the event of a defective product, the method and costs of transportation to and from the company's technical support points as well as the eventual insurance of the devices are the choice and responsibility of the customer.
